Steve has been a real estate salesperson since 2000 and a real estate broker since 2007. Steve is a 1991 graduate of Alma College. His background is a blend of logistics, construction, property management, industrial real estate development, and of course, customer service.

A 1990 graduate of Alma College, was an owner of a commercial construction company based in Central Michigan for over twenty years. He has extensive knowledge regarding industrial real estate, commercial building design and construction; managing millions of SF of development projects, including: distribution and warehousing, heavy industrial, and retail facilities. Steve owns and manages facilities he leases to clients, such as, State of Michigan, and an Assisted Living Facility.

Involved in all facets of commercial and industrial real estate development since 1980. Ron has a BSME from Tri-State College. He is an 8,000 hour airline transport rated pilot. Ron is also good with a shovel and broom.
